Frank founded MindBridge to close the gap between what organisations intend and what they deliver. He leads every engagement personally, bringing hands-on operational experience in health and social care together with current regulatory knowledge. His approach is simple: work alongside your people, be honest about what you find, and leave the organisation stronger than you found it.
When you work with MindBridge, the person who scopes the work is the person accountable for delivering it. No hand-offs to a junior team after the contract is signed.
