Training & Capacity Building
Why training alone rarely sticks

You can run the best workshop in the world and still see no change three months later. Lasting capability needs more than a day in a room.
Training is easy to buy and easy to measure, attendance, satisfaction scores, a certificate. But those are inputs. The outcome that matters is whether people do their work differently afterwards, and that is where most training quietly fails.
Capability compounds; courses do not
A single course transfers knowledge to individuals. Capacity building transfers capability to the organisation, through internal trainers, coaching, and systems that reinforce the new behaviour. The first walks out the door with the next resignation; the second stays.
Leave the organisation stronger than you found it. If your improvement depends on you staying, you have not finished the job.
That is why our programmes are built around train-the-trainer and coaching, not just delivery. The measure of success is that, a year later, your own people are still carrying it forward.
